My name is Nicolas Titze, and I currently live in Plymouth, MN with my wife, Jill, and our two daughters. I grew up in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, then moved to Chicago after high school, where I lived for over 15 years. During my time in Chicago, I studied art, design, and media, built a career as a graphic designer in the marketing industry, and eventually became the Creative Director and Owner of my own agency.
After leaving city life behind, I discovered movement culture—which quickly became my main motivation to get outdoors and reconnect with Minnesota living. I began to understand how my body thrived under certain conditions and struggled under others. This realization pushed me to try new activities, explore nutrition, and ultimately led me to a deeper understanding of how to live a healthy, successful life through movement.
As I navigated the wide world of movement communities, I noticed that many were driven more by economics than by real outcomes. That changed when I met Kate and the FVRM community. They gave me a whole new perspective on what a movement and sober lifestyle could truly look like.
Outside of the gym and FVRM I am hard at work perfecting the art of disc golf. Our family enjoys the outdoors, biking, camping as well as any outdoor concert we can find.
